Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. KSQ may review, confirm, decline, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary—for example because of stock availability, incorrect pricing, incomplete details, suspected fraud, repeated refused COD orders, or other operational issues.

If an accepted order cannot be fulfilled, KSQ will use the contact information supplied with the order to communicate the available next step.

Prices displayed on the store are shown in the applicable store currency and may change without prior notice. The price applicable to an order is the price presented when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors.

Where cash on delivery is offered, payment is due according to the amount confirmed for the order when the parcel is delivered.

Delivery is governed by the KSQ Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by the KSQ Returns & Refunds Policy.

Because KSQ Hair Cream is a personal grooming product, an opened product is not eligible for return or refund once its product seal has been broken, subject to any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Use products only as directed and discontinue use if you experience an unwanted reaction. Individual experiences can vary. Website descriptions, customer reviews, marketing statements, and general grooming information are not a substitute for professional medical advice where such advice is appropriate.

Unless otherwise stated, the KSQ Essentials name, branding, website design, product imagery, copy, graphics, logos, and other original store content are owned by or licensed to KSQ Essentials and may not be copied, reproduced, republished, or commercially used without permission.
